熊小哲课题组聚焦重症感染中病原菌毒力因子的致病机制，重点研究细菌毒素如何介导宿主屏障破坏、免疫紊乱和远端器官损伤。我们结合微生物学、免疫学、细胞生物学、动物模型和结构生物学等多学科方法，解析耐药菌和机会致病菌从定植、毒素释放到推动疾病重症化的关键过程，并探索靶向细菌毒素和宿主受体的新型抗毒力治疗策略。
