研究工作

课题组致力于整合干细胞模型、小鼠遗传模型与功能基因组学技术,结合基因编辑与多组学生物信息学分析,系统解析代谢性疾病与慢性呼吸系统疾病的遗传与表观遗传调控机制,揭示疾病相关的代谢重编程与跨器官信号网络,并推动精准干预策略与靶向治疗手段的开发。

研究方向包括:

1、代谢性疾病与慢性呼吸系统疾病中遗传变异驱动的表观调控机制及其功能解析

2、慢性呼吸系统疾病中的代谢重编程及其在疾病发生发展中的作用
