研究工作

呼吸系统疾病(包括病毒感染、肺癌、慢性阻塞性肺疾病及肺纤维化等)严重威胁人民生命健康,也是创新药物研发的重要方向。近年来,结构生物学、化学生物学、人工智能辅助药物设计(AI)及自动化高通量筛选等技术的快速发展,为原创药物发现和作用机制研究提供了新的机遇。本课题组围绕呼吸系统疾病创新药物研发,重点关注以下研究方向:

1. 靶向抗病毒与抗肿瘤等呼吸系统疾病创新药物研发及作用机制研究

2. 呼吸系统疾病相关药物靶标(激素核受体、G蛋白偶联受体等)的结构与功能研究

3. 基于呼吸系统疾病药物靶标的活性化合物发现及高通量药物筛选(HTS)技术研究
