个人简介

李靖教授课题组目前主要的研究方向包括环境介导哮喘的免疫保护机制研究、屋尘螨特异性免疫治疗机制、重症哮喘的精准医疗及上下气道炎症机制等,涉及流行病学、组学(微生物、甲基化及免疫组等)、哮喘等疾病的细胞及动物模型等,长期致力于过敏性和慢性呼吸道炎症性疾病研究的临床与基础研究。以项目首席主持国家重点研发计划“精准医学研究” (2016YFC0905800)呼吸疾病诊疗规范及应用方案的精准化研究(哮喘)、国自然广东联合基金重点支持项目(U1801286)环境病原生物对过敏性哮喘发病调控机制的研究、广东省科技发展专项资金(前沿与关键技术创新方向-重大科技专项)(2017B020226006)环境因素对哮喘发病与控制影响的队列研究、广州市科创局科学(技术)研究专项重点项目(201607020046) 城乡环境微生物及脂质成分的差异对儿童期哮喘免疫调节机制的研究、国家自然科学基金国际合作项目中国-芬兰-德国特别项目(81261130023)特定农村环境中儿童期哮喘保护性免疫调节机制的多中心研究以及国家自然科学基金中-德国际合作项目(8211101139)中国农村与德国农场对儿童哮喘保护作用的研究—树突状细胞和调节性B细胞在免疫成熟过程中的重要作用。

研究领域

主要研究过敏性疾病的流行病学、发病机制、免疫和靶向治疗的作用机制。对多种呼吸道和肺部过敏性疾病如鼻炎、哮喘以及全身过敏性疾病有丰富的临床经验,主导过敏性疾病多学科门诊携同皮肤科、眼科、耳鼻咽喉科等多学科专家团队,就患有过敏性疾病的疑难患者进行多学科协同诊治。
