长期致力于性别差异背景下心肺血管疾病的调控效应及机制研究。目前的研究方向为:

1、雌激素通过m6A表观遗传修饰影响肺动脉高压发生发展的机制。

2、雌激素调控泛素化修饰在肺动脉高压中发生发展中的作用。

3、雌激素调控淋巴管新生在肺动脉高压发生中的作用。

1、2021年国家自然科学基金面上项目,常氧/低氧状态下雌激素逆向调控肺动脉血管平滑肌细胞METTL3/PFKFB3表达及肺动脉高压发生的作用机制研究。资助经费:54万。主持,在研。
