讲者介绍：

黄宏龄，厦门大学生命科学学院教授，国家青年高层次人才，福建省闽江特聘教授。自2021年全职回国后，先后承担科技部重点研发计划（任子课题负责人）、国家基金委重大项目（任项目骨干）、国家基金委面上项目（任课题负责人）。其课题组的工作重点在于解析T细胞分化及功能的分子机制。研究成果以第一作者或共同第一作者发表在Cell、Nature、EMBO J等杂志，并被Cell、EMBO J等期刊专题评述。

讲座摘要：

Our research interest lies in the immune signaling underlying the differentiation and function of T cells, a central cell type in adaptive immunity and cancer immunotherapy. We apply systems biology approaches, such as single cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq), CRISPR screening and the integrative network analysis, to reconstruct molecular hubs for T cell fate decision in tumor, infection, and autoimmunity diseases as well as in heathy condition. Our work could shed light on our understanding of fundamental mechanisms of immune regulation and pave the way for better immunotherapy.
