研究工作：

研究紧密结合临床诊疗需求，通过原代气道上皮细胞培养、多重免疫荧光染色、扫描/透射电镜、高通量测序、功能实验和动物实验等多维检测手段，聚焦上皮细胞损伤参与多种呼吸道疾病（慢性阻塞性肺疾病、慢性鼻窦炎、变应性鼻炎、病毒感染和支气管哮喘等）发展过程的相关机制。

科研项目：

1、NQO1参与调控新冠病毒在鼻上皮纤毛细胞中复制过程的机制研究，国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目，2024/01-2026/12，主持，30万元；

2、ADAM28调控Hedgehog通路参与鼻息肉上皮纤毛细胞分化异常的机制研究，中国博士后科学基金面上资助，2022/06-2023/06，主持，8 万元；

3、感觉神经环路及TRPA1在变应性鼻炎相关咳嗽高敏感性中的作用及机制研究, 国家自然科学基金面上项目，2024/01-2026/12，参与，53万元；
