研究工作:

研究紧密结合临床诊疗需求,通过原代气道上皮细胞培养、多重免疫荧光染色、扫描/透射电镜、高通量测序、功能实验和动物实验等多维检测手段,聚焦上皮细胞损伤参与多种呼吸道疾病(慢性阻塞性肺疾病、慢性鼻窦炎、变应性鼻炎、病毒感染和支气管哮喘等)发展过程的相关机制。

科研项目:

1、NQO1参与调控新冠病毒在鼻上皮纤毛细胞中复制过程的机制研究,国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目,2024/01-2026/12,主持,30万元;

2、ADAM28调控Hedgehog通路参与鼻息肉上皮纤毛细胞分化异常的机制研究,中国博士后科学基金面上资助,2022/06-2023/06,主持,8 万元;

3、感觉神经环路及TRPA1在变应性鼻炎相关咳嗽高敏感性中的作用及机制研究, 国家自然科学基金面上项目,2024/01-2026/12,参与,53万元;

4、Hippo通路在H3N2病毒感染并损伤鼻腔上皮纤毛中的作用及机制研究, 国家自然科学基金面上项目,2019/01-2022/12, 参与,60万元。
