致力于全呼吸道疾病的外科精准诊疗尤其是气管支气管外科的临床和基础研究。包括：

1、单孔腔镜技术、无管化技术、机器人手术整合系统研究及临床应用

2、电磁导航支气管镜肺结节实时精准定位及诊治

3、胸部肿瘤（气管、肺、纵膈）综合治疗及预后研究

4、气管恶性肿瘤基础与临床转化研究

5、胸外科临床医学生教学

科研项目：

1、国家重点研发专项，电磁导航系统在胸腔镜手术切除早期周围型肺癌中的应用（2017YFC0112704），总经费408万，顺利结题。

2、广东省教育厅，“2016年广东省临床教学基地教学改革研究项目”《新应用裸眼3D电子资源库的实践教学改革研究》（2016JDB071），顺利结题。

3、广东省科技厅，自主呼吸麻醉联合单孔胸腔镜技术在胸外科快速康复手术的应用研究（A2015049），顺利结题。
