On March 14, 2019, a delegation led by Academician Kenneth.A. Dawson from Irish Academy of Sciences paid a visit to the Laboratory.

Academician Dawson visited the Laboratory led by Professor Zhao Jincun, deputy director of the Laboratory and other staff and learned about the construction and development and discipline achievements of the Laboratory.

Later, both sides had a deep discussion at the second meeting room on the fifth floor. Academician Dawson fully affirmed the development of the Laboratory and discussed with Professor Zhang Zhiyong, PI of the Laboratory on the direction of bionanotechnology, with an expectation in further cooperation between both sides.
