Wenjun He, a 2017 master candidate tutored by Professor Jian Wang from the pulmonary vascular group of the SKLRD, was admitted by the University of Freiburg, Germany, which is ranked 32nd in the global comprehensive ranking, in December 2019, who won the qualification of going abroad sponsored by the China Scholarship Council in June 2020 and became the second graduate student with the pulmonary vascular group to get an offer through independent application and win the qualification to study in a renowned foreign university for a Ph.D. degree sponsored by the state.
